I wanted to express my personal thanks for the outstanding contribution you made to our home building extension.  As Superintendent for our project I was very satisfied with your attention to detail, ability to quickly solve any problem or issue, management of the schedule, budget and contractors and overall general site support.  Your knowledge and skills were invaluable as guidance to our decision making process and the overall success and quality of our project.

I also appreciate your relationship management skills!  As I was your primary client but my parents were also involved in the build, I was very impressed that you kept all of us engaged and managed through our sometimes conflicting directions and requests.  I can honestly say we always felt like a priority and that you were fully engaged at all times even though we were not your only client.   Thank you for the extra time you spent with all of us, you really earned our trust and we quickly got to the point where we just didn’t worry much about the build as we knew you were on top of everything!

I am very satisfied with the quality of work and overall “beauty” of my new home.  I love it!  I can’t find anything that did not meet or exceed my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised with unexpected touches to the cabinets, trim, paint texture, pantry and front stairs.
